Greg Lashbrook – Lead Cameraman and Fine Artist


Greg Lashbrook is one of the Great Lakes leading divers having spent thousands of hours filming underwater across the entire basin.  His passion for freshwater marine life began at a young age when he received his first underwater camera as a teenager.  After graduating from high school he began a fifteen year career as a commercial hard hat diver.  During that time Greg also volunteer as a dive master for basic SCUBA certification courses and as a search and recovery diver for the St. Clair County Sheriff Department.  Altogether this provided him with training in a wide array of underwater skills from industrial video inspections to underwater evidence recovery.  

By the 1990’s Greg was working primarily with Great Lakes basin researchers documenting invasive species and establishing himself as a freshwater underwater specialist.

For the past decade his reputation as a cameraman and fine artist has allowed him to work for a diverse group of organizations.  The short list includes; National Geographic, the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto and TV Japan.

Kathy Johnson – CEO

 

Kathy Johnson has worked on behalf of Great Lakes restoration for more than two decades.  As a diver, writer and public speaker she has traveled across the country raising awareness about the importance of freshwater marine life.

During the 1990’s Kathy worked as a commercial hard hat diver and as a volunteer for the St. Clair County Sheriff Department Dive Rescue and Recovery Team.  She was trained in a wide range of skills including advanced dive certifications, job operations management and underwater report documentation.

As the business manager of Gregory A.D., Kathy coordinates client’s needs with all project team members and works to make sure the project’s goals are met.  Kathy has managed the company for more than twenty years, with the goal of exceeding customer’s expectations.   

Over the years Kathy has also volunteered her time on behalf of the arts and the Great Lakes.  The short list includes: Baker College Graphic Arts Advisory Board Member and BPAC St. Clair River AOC Fish & Wildlife Technical Advisory Committee Member.
